We had stayed here close to 5 days. The best part of the hotel is the breakfast good options. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is well maintained and quite new. Only issue is the location, being in the old town very congested place. Everyday for our site seeing the van / bus doesn't come near hotel so we had to walk uphill to nearby places for pick and drop

Excellent hotel - had a Delux room, spacious, excellent soundproofing that thankfully blocks the call to prayer early in the morning, very clean with good sized bathroom and walk in shower. Excellent breakfast, with omelette on request. Arrived early to a forced airline change and offered to join breakfast, and phoned when room was ready. Can't be faulted. NOTE ON LOCATION- Need a taxi for arrival and departure if you have luggage. Steep cobbled roads and plenty of steps make it virtually impossible to haul luggage with wheels , even for a very short distance. Otherwise very central, everything within walking distance.

This is a phenomenal hotel. We had few issues and they took care of us. Like immediately!!! Staff here are attentive and they really defined the true meaning of customer service. I am thankful to Ali, their staff who helped me with my luggage when I lost my key to open it. He brought tools so we can unlock my luggage and we did it. They really take care of their guests and I do hope management recognizes Ali’s hard work. He is beyond amazing. In addition to this, they have a great selection of breakfast. Overall, a pleasant hotel and I would recommend this place to whoever is going to visit Istanbul. Location is also close to everything.

The location although convenient looks a bit shady. However the hotel is well maintained and clean, rooms are decent size and staff is overall there to help. Most of the people we spoke to also conversed in English so language wasn’t a problem either. WiFi speed was compared to some of the other places we noticed.

The location is perfect. This is just few minutes from all main attractions. Another great aspect is that they have own private parking. The rooms are very big and comfortable. Everything worked well and Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good as well and wifi too.

The guys at the front desk are very helpful and do a great job with all guests. They are awesome! The housekeepers also do a nice job. The hotel is very nice, overall. The hotel also has an elevator. Breakfast has a large variety and is a great start to the day. The only downfall is that some public transportation groups have a hard time driving on the narrow streets the hotel is on. If you can walk, then it should not be a problem at all. You can walk a few blocks away and find a larger street. The streets around the hotel can be a little steep. I would stay here again!

the hotel is OK, the room a little bit small for the price. brekfast ok, just the basic. very close to sultanhamet square but you have to walk up very steep streets and dificult parking for geting on a taxi in peak hours. many places for eating around the staff was nice
